Well its been 8 weeks since I've started the BLC and eventhough I've only lost 8lbs, I haven't measured myself but I feel the difference with the way my clothes have been fitting. I've gone an extra belt loop hehe. I do feel the confidence creeping back in, but I'm still a ways off.
I have 5weeks left in the competion, so I need to really step up my game. Weightloss wise, I'm still in the top 3 (I think I'm still in 1st place, possibly 2nd now) and thats good, but I don't want to slack off, I've been at a plateau and I hate that. Little by little I'm sacrificing the bad habits I have formed, and though its hard I'm really working on those. My goal was 15lbs by the end of the competition, I'm pretty much half way there, but I'm not sure if I can do 7lbs in the nxt 4-5 weeks.
I do know that once this is all said and done with the things I've learned and the new habits I've formed will stick and I will continue on this path win or lose...because in reality, I've gained more than just losing weight...

One of a Kind...
Well, as of moments ago, one of my best friends just got on the road to journey back to her home state of Michigan. Seriously, I don't know what I'm going to do with out her. I mean yeah we have FB, IM, BBM, email, etc, but it won't be the same as her being 30 min away and being able to hang out whenever. Oh and did I mention I'm losing my hairdresser too hehe ugh!!
Becky you are going to be missed soo much. You are probably one of the most sweet, genuine, caring, awesome people I know. You put others first before yourself, and there are not many people I can say that do that. You are a great mother and don't ever let anyone tell you different!! You have sacraficed alot for Chandler, and maybe he doesn't realize it now, but he will when he gets older. Its you and him against the world and so far you have put up a great fight!!!
And just because you are miles and miles away don't think you're rid of me just that easily lol. I still plan on turning to you when I need someone to talk to or vent to lol. I love that we can talk about any and everything from the most silliest things to the most serious and not so good things. I'm sad to see you go but I know that its not forever and you will be back. Take care of you and Chandler and don't forget about us Cali people!!!! I love you soooo much!!! You definitely be missed!!! xoxo
