Well its been 8 weeks since I've started the BLC and eventhough I've only lost 8lbs, I haven't measured myself but I feel the difference with the way my clothes have been fitting. I've gone an extra belt loop hehe. I do feel the confidence creeping back in, but I'm still a ways off.
I have 5weeks left in the competion, so I need to really step up my game. Weightloss wise, I'm still in the top 3 (I think I'm still in 1st place, possibly 2nd now) and thats good, but I don't want to slack off, I've been at a plateau and I hate that. Little by little I'm sacrificing the bad habits I have formed, and though its hard I'm really working on those. My goal was 15lbs by the end of the competition, I'm pretty much half way there, but I'm not sure if I can do 7lbs in the nxt 4-5 weeks.
I do know that once this is all said and done with the things I've learned and the new habits I've formed will stick and I will continue on this path win or lose...because in reality, I've gained more than just losing weight...
